We Provide World-Class Services
Carmel Forge operates in-house fully equipped metallurgical, chemical and mechanical laboratories, supporting quality through all production processes.
In-house testing include: stress rapture, hardness, room and elevated tensile testing, Grain flow, FPI, MPI, Micro Spot Inspection & Sonic inspection. We conduct over 4,000 tests are conducted annually.
Carmel Forge holds four PRI-NADCAP certifications: Metallic Materials Manufacturing, Non-Destructive Testing, Heat Treating, and Materials Testing Laboratories.
Carmel Forge is ISO-9001 and AS-9100 certified.
