Founded in 1961, Carmel Forge is a world-class forging house, providing turn-key solutions to the aerospace and power generation industries worldwide.

Carmel Forge is a self-contained manufacturer of disks and rings forgings, capable of producing a wide range of metal alloy components for the aero engines and power generation industries.

Our plant is Tirat Carmel in Israel hosts a fully automated ring-rolling facility, computer-controlled screw presses, fully automated ultrasonic immersion tanks, heat treatment equipment, a computer-controlled etching line, high precision CNC machining centers, as well as expanded laboratory services. Our excellent, highly experienced engineers, metallurgists and production specialists use cutting-edge technologies to create a 360° solution from inception to delivery.

Our History

In 1994, UTC acquired Carmel Forge, with the latter becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of UTC and a corporate affiliate of both PW-US and PW-CA. After 20 years of business success, Bet Shemesh Engines LTD purchased 100% of Carmel Forge stocks from UTC. In 1994 Carmel Forge became a fully owned subsidiary of United Technologies

In 2019 Carmel Forge became part of the Israeli Bet Shemesh Engines Group
